One Museum Place is a 60-story, premium Grade A office tower in Shanghai, China–an impressive building with exceptional sustainability achievements. One Museum Place has earned LEED  Core & Shell Platinum certifications and WELL Platinum under the WELL v2 Pilot standard.

Designed by Gensler, this world-class building combines excellent ecological performance with cutting-edge health and wellness features. Our team contributed to this landmark project by managing its certifications, and we are extremely proud of the results, including energy reduction, water savings, air quality excellence, and other green building features.
